The Holder Benefit starts on 5 November 2026 (Japan time). Our systems take the first reading of the holders when it starts on that day; the first Daily Close is at 0:00 on 6 November 2026 (Japan time), and claims are available after it.
The Holder Benefit is a free gift that we make at our discretion. It is not a share of profits or revenue, a dividend, interest or any return on an investment. No amount, frequency or continuation is guaranteed: it may change, be paused or end at any time, and the amount may be zero. No holder has a right to it or to any amount. Do not buy or hold an OSHI NFT in reliance on it. By pressing the claim button you agree to these Holder Benefit Terms (clause 4.6).
1.1 These Holder Benefit Terms are the terms that IZANA INDUSTRIES Ltd (the "Issuer", "we" or "us") announces under clauses 10.4, 10.5 and 12.5 of the OSHI NFT Terms of Sale and Use (the "Terms") for the holder benefit described below (the "Holder Benefit"). Words with capital letters that are not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
1.2 The Terms apply to the Holder Benefit and to anyone who uses the Holder Benefit page or claims the Holder Benefit. These Holder Benefit Terms describe how we currently provide the Holder Benefit; they do not limit clauses 10.4, 10.5, 12, 17, 19 or 20 of the Terms.
1.3 The Holder Benefit is a Holder Benefit within the meaning of clause 10.4 of the Terms. It is provided at our sole discretion. It is not a distribution of profits or revenue, a dividend, interest or any other return on an investment or on the price paid for any NFT; it is not a right attached to any NFT or to the Sale; and it is not part of what you purchase. No holder may claim the Holder Benefit, any particular amount, or an account of the royalties we receive.
1.4 A gift, completed on transfer. Each transfer of SOL under the Holder Benefit is a gift that we make free of charge and at our discretion, and it is made only when the transfer is completed on the Solana blockchain. Until then, nothing on the Holder Benefit page, in these Holder Benefit Terms or anywhere else is a promise to make a gift, an undertaking or a debt, and no figure shown (including an amount shown as available to claim) is an amount that we owe. There is no consideration for the Holder Benefit: buying, holding or keeping an OSHI NFT is not payment for it, and we receive nothing from you for it.
1.5 Who provides the Holder Benefit. The Holder Benefit is provided by the Issuer alone, and your agreement concerning it is with the Issuer only. Our affiliates (including companies within the IZANA group established in the Republic of Panama) and our service providers may operate or support parts of it on our behalf, such as the Holder Benefit page and the systems for the Daily Close and for claims. The Distribution Wallet is held by or on behalf of the Issuer. Our affiliates have no obligation to you concerning the Holder Benefit and are not parties to your agreement, but they are Issuer Parties for the purposes of clauses 20 and 21 of the Terms. Clause 24 of the Terms applies to any claim that you bring against an Issuer Party in connection with the Holder Benefit, and each Issuer Party may rely on it.
2.1 We currently direct half of the creator royalty set on the OSHI NFT collection and on the OSHI POD collection (that is, 5% of the price of each secondary sale on which a marketplace actually pays the royalty) to be paid by the marketplaces directly to a wallet that we designate for the Holder Benefit (the "Distribution Wallet"). Its address is shown on the Holder Benefit page. We may also add other amounts at our discretion.
2.2 Amounts in the Distribution Wallet remain ours until they are transferred to a holder on a claim. They are not held on trust or as a deposit for any holder, and no holder has any interest in them.
2.3 Royalty income is not guaranteed. Some marketplaces do not pay royalties, trading may be small or may stop, and a marketplace may not pay a share that is too small for the Distribution Wallet to receive. The amount available on any day may be zero.
2.4 Not an investment of the price paid for NFTs. The Holder Benefit is not a scheme in which the price that anyone paid for an NFT is pooled, invested or managed for holders, and it is funded from the royalties described in clause 2.1 and from any amounts we add at our discretion, not by setting aside any part of that price for holders. Any amount that we add under clause 2.1 is added as a gift at our discretion, and not as a refund or distribution of the price of any NFT or of the results of investing it.
3.1 Once a day, at or shortly after 0:00 Japan time (the "Daily Close"), our systems determine the amount in the Distribution Wallet that has not yet been set aside (after keeping a small reserve that the Distribution Wallet needs to remain open), divide it by 8,888 (the number of OSHI NFTs), rounding down to the smallest unit of SOL, and set aside that amount for each OSHI NFT that the same wallet held on the Solana blockchain both when our systems read the holders at that Daily Close and when they read them at the reading before it (the previous Daily Close or, for the first Daily Close, the first reading, taken at 0:00 Japan time on the first day or as soon as possible after it), for that wallet. An OSHI NFT is therefore counted only for a wallet that has held it from one reading to the next, about one day.
3.2 Remainders, and amounts for OSHI NFTs not held by the same wallet at both readings (for example, because they were bought, sold or moved to another wallet in between, including another wallet of the same person), for OSHI NFTs held by accounts that cannot sign a claim (for example, an account of a marketplace program), and for OSHI NFTs held by the Distribution Wallet itself or by the wallet that receives the other half of the royalties, are not set aside and are counted again at the next Daily Close.
3.3 OSHI NFTs held by the Issuer, its team and the community treasury are counted in the same way as any other OSHI NFT (except those held by the Distribution Wallet or by the wallet that receives the other half of the royalties, under clause 3.2), and the Issuer may claim the amounts set aside for them.
3.4 The Daily Close is run by automated systems. If our systems read the holders later than 0:00 Japan time, the holders at the time they are read are used. If a Daily Close is delayed by a day or more, the amounts for the days missed may be combined into one Daily Close, and the reading before it is the last one made. If there is no earlier reading, no amount is set aside at that Daily Close, and the whole amount is counted again at the next one.
3.5 An amount set aside is a record in our systems that lets the wallet claim it under these Holder Benefit Terms. It is not a debt owed by us or a right of the holder, and it may be corrected under clause 7.
4.1 A holder may claim on the Holder Benefit page (nft.oshi-labs.com/mint/benefit/) by connecting the wallet for which amounts were set aside and approving the claim in the wallet. A claim transfers all of the amount then available to that wallet from the Distribution Wallet.
4.2 Claims are currently available once a day per wallet (by the date in Japan time), at any time of the day, when at least 0.001 SOL is available. Claims are not available after 0:00 Japan time until that Daily Close has finished, and may be unavailable at other times (clause 5.2). Amounts set aside have no time limit for claiming, and amounts not claimed are claimed together in a later claim, subject to clauses 5 to 7.
4.3 The wallet making the claim pays the network fee of the claim transaction.
4.4 Amounts set aside stay with the wallet for which they were set aside. If you sell or transfer an OSHI NFT, amounts already set aside for your wallet are not transferred with it, and the new holder receives only amounts set aside at the Daily Closes for which it held the NFT at both readings in clause 3.1.
4.5 There is currently no deadline to claim. If we introduce one, we will announce it on this page at least 30 days before it applies.
4.6 The claim button is your agreement. The button that starts a claim on the Holder Benefit page is labelled "Agree and claim SOL" (in Japanese, 「同意して SOL を受け取る」), and right next to it the page states that by pressing it you agree to these Holder Benefit Terms, with a link to them. By pressing it, or by claiming by any other means, you agree to these Holder Benefit Terms and the Terms, in the versions in force when you press it, and you confirm that: (a) you have read them; (b) you understand that the Holder Benefit is a free gift made at our discretion and not a dividend, a distribution of profits or a return on any investment, and that no amount, frequency or continuation is guaranteed; (c) you are 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority where you live, and you are not a Restricted Person; and (d) you claim on your own decision and responsibility in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including those on tax. If you do not agree, do not press it. We keep a record of your agreement: the version of these Holder Benefit Terms in force when the button was pressed for your wallet and when it was pressed, together with the record of each claim (Privacy Policy, clause 3.11). A claim is accepted only from a page that shows the version in force; if these Holder Benefit Terms have changed since the page was opened, you will be asked to reload it and press the button again.
4.7 Not transferable. Amounts set aside, and the ability to claim them, are personal to the wallet for which they were set aside. You must not sell, assign, pledge, tokenise or otherwise transfer them or offer to do so, or present them to anyone as having a value; any such attempt has no effect on us.
5.1 We may change, suspend or end the Holder Benefit at any time, including its funding (for example, the share of the royalty directed to the Distribution Wallet), the timing of the Daily Close, the conditions for claiming and the method of providing it, including where we consider it necessary to comply with applicable law. We will announce changes on this page and, where reasonably practicable, in advance.
5.2 We may pause claims at any time, for example for maintenance, a security concern, an error in our systems or suspected abuse. Amounts continue to be set aside under clause 3 while claims are paused, unless the Holder Benefit is suspended or ended under clause 5.1.
5.3 If we end the Holder Benefit, we will announce on this page how, and until when, amounts already set aside may still be claimed. That period will be at least 30 days, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6.1 You must not claim if you are a Restricted Person, if claiming would be unlawful where you are, or if the Terms prohibit you from purchasing an OSHI NFT.
6.2 We may exclude any person, wallet or jurisdiction from the Holder Benefit, and may withhold or cancel amounts set aside for them, where providing it would be unlawful, would require any registration, licence or approval, or would involve a Restricted Person, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation of trading (including wash trading), a breach of the Terms or a security compromise.
7.1 If an amount is set aside or transferred in error, including through an error in our systems or in data from the blockchain or a third-party service, we may correct it, including by not setting it aside, by cancelling it, or by reducing later amounts. If an amount is transferred to you in error, you agree to return it at our request.
7.2 You must not exploit an error or a vulnerability in the Holder Benefit, its page or our systems, interfere with them, or claim through a wallet that you know is not entitled to the amount. Any amount obtained in that way must be returned, and clause 6.2 applies.
8.1 You must not purchase or hold an OSHI NFT in reliance on the Holder Benefit. The amount per OSHI NFT changes every day with the royalties actually received, and amounts set aside in the past do not indicate amounts in the future, which may be zero. Figures shown on the Holder Benefit page (including the amount in the Distribution Wallet, the amount per OSHI NFT and the estimate of the next Daily Close) are for information only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not a promise.
8.2 The Holder Benefit is not, and is not intended to be, an offer of securities, an investment contract, an interest in a collective investment scheme or any other financial product. Clause 12 (Not an Investment; Discretionary Benefits) and clause 17 (Risks) of the Terms apply.
9.1 You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying any tax on what you receive, which may be taxable as income where you live. We may withhold or report amounts where applicable law requires.
10.1 Claims depend on the Solana blockchain, your wallet and third-party services, which may fail, be delayed or be compromised. A claim may fail; if it does not reach the blockchain, the amount remains available to claim. We are not responsible for losses caused by your wallet, your device, phishing or a person who controls your wallet.
10.2 Clauses 19 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and 20 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms apply to the Holder Benefit.
10.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Holder Benefit, its page and the figures shown on it are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant that claims will be available at any time or that any figure is accurate. Nothing in these Holder Benefit Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, as provided in clauses 20.5 and 20.6 of the Terms; if you are a consumer to whom the Consumer Contract Act of Japan applies, any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent that Act permits.
11.1 These Holder Benefit Terms are written in English. A Japanese translation is provided for reference only. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
11.2 Clause 24 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) of the Terms applies to the Holder Benefit and these Holder Benefit Terms.

1.1 本条件は、IZANA INDUSTRIES Ltd(以下「発行者」または「当社」という)が、OSHI NFT 販売・利用規約(以下「規約」という)第10.4条、第10.5条および第12.5条に基づき、以下に定める保有者向けの特典(以下「保有者特典」という)について告知する条件である。本条件で定義していない用語は、規約の定義による。
1.2 規約は、保有者特典ならびに保有者特典のページを利用し、または保有者特典を受け取る者に適用される。本条件は、当社が現在保有者特典を提供する方法を定めるものであり、規約第10.4条、第10.5条、第12条、第17条、第19条および第20条を制限するものではない。
1.3 保有者特典は、規約第10.4条にいう保有者特典であり、当社の単独の裁量により提供される。保有者特典は、利益もしくは収益の分配、配当、利息その他の投資または本NFTの代金に対する見返りではなく、本NFTまたは本セールに付随する権利でもなく、利用者が購入するものの一部でもない。保有者は、保有者特典、特定の額、または当社が受け取るロイヤリティの計算の開示を請求することができない。
1.4 贈与であること・移転の完了による成立 保有者特典による SOL の各移転は、当社がその裁量により無償で行う贈与であり、その移転がソラナ・ブロックチェーン上で完了した時にはじめて成立する。それまでは、保有者特典のページ、本条件その他のいかなる表示も、贈与の約束、債務の引受けまたは債務ではなく、表示される額(受け取れる額として表示される額を含む)は、当社が支払うべき額ではない。保有者特典には対価がなく、OSHI NFT を購入し、保有し、または保有し続けることはその対価ではなく、当社は保有者特典について利用者から何も受け取らない。
1.5 保有者特典の提供者 保有者特典は発行者のみが提供し、保有者特典に関する利用者の契約の相手方は発行者のみである。当社の関連会社(パナマ共和国で設立された IZANA グループ内の会社を含む)および委託先が、当社のために、保有者特典のページ、毎日の締めおよび受け取りのシステムその他保有者特典の一部を運営し、または支援することがある。配布ウォレットは、発行者が保有し、または発行者のために保有される。当社の関連会社は、保有者特典について利用者に対し何らの義務も負わず、利用者の契約の当事者ではないが、規約第20条および第21条の適用においては発行者関係者に含まれる。規約第24条は、保有者特典に関して利用者が発行者関係者に対して行う一切の請求に適用され、各発行者関係者はこれを援用することができる。
2.1 当社は現在、OSHI NFT コレクションおよび OSHI POD コレクションに設定したクリエイター・ロイヤリティの半分(すなわち、マーケットプレイスがロイヤリティを実際に支払った二次流通の各販売価格の 5%)を、マーケットプレイスから、当社が保有者特典のために指定するウォレット(以下「配布ウォレット」という)へ直接支払われるようにしている。配布ウォレットのアドレスは、保有者特典のページに表示する。当社は、その裁量により、その他の額を加えることがある。
2.2 配布ウォレットにある額は、受け取りにより保有者へ移転されるまで当社に帰属する。これらは、いずれの保有者のために信託され、または預かられるものではなく、いずれの保有者もこれらについて権利を有しない。
2.3 ロイヤリティ収入は保証されない。ロイヤリティを支払わないマーケットプレイスがあり、取引が少なく、または止まることがあり、マーケットプレイスが、配布ウォレットが受け取るには少なすぎる額を支払わないこともある。ある日に受け取れる額がゼロのこともある。
2.4 本NFTの代金の運用ではないこと 保有者特典は、本NFTについて支払われた代金を集めて保有者のために運用し、または管理する仕組みではなく、その原資は、第2.1条のロイヤリティおよび当社がその裁量により加える額であり、その代金の一部を保有者のために取り分けるものではない。当社が第2.1条により加える額も、当社の裁量による贈与として加えるものであり、本NFTの代金またはその運用の成果の返還または分配として加えるものではない。
3.1 当社のシステムは、1 日に 1 回、日本時間の 0:00 またはその直後(以下「毎日の締め」という)に、配布ウォレットにある額のうちまだ割り当てていない額(配布ウォレットが口座として残るために必要な少額の留保分を除く)を求め、これを 8,888(OSHI NFT の総数)で割り(SOL の最小単位未満は切り捨てる)、その額を、当社のシステムがその毎日の締めにおいて保有者を読み取った時点と、その前の読み取り(前回の毎日の締め。最初の毎日の締めについては、最初の日の日本時間 0:00 またはその後できるだけ早く行う最初の読み取り)の時点の両方で、ソラナ・ブロックチェーン上同じウォレットが保有していた各 OSHI NFT について、そのウォレットのために割り当てる。したがって、OSHI NFT は、ある読み取りから次の読み取りまで(およそ 1 日)保有したウォレットについてのみ数えられる。
3.2 端数、両方の読み取りの時点で同じウォレットが保有していなかった OSHI NFT(例えば、その間に購入、売却され、または同じ者のものを含む別のウォレットへ移されたもの)の分、取引に署名できない口座(例えば、マーケットプレイスのプログラムの口座)が保有する OSHI NFT の分、ならびに配布ウォレット自身およびロイヤリティの残りの半分を受け取るウォレットが保有する OSHI NFT の分は割り当てず、次の毎日の締めで改めて数える。
3.3 発行者、そのチームおよびコミュニティのトレジャリーが保有する OSHI NFT も、ほかの OSHI NFT と同じく数え(第3.2条により、配布ウォレットおよびロイヤリティの残りの半分を受け取るウォレットが保有するものを除く)、発行者は、それらのために割り当てられた額を受け取ることがある。
3.4 毎日の締めは自動のシステムで行う。当社のシステムが日本時間の 0:00 より遅れて保有者を読み取った場合は、読み取った時点の保有者を用いる。毎日の締めが 1 日以上遅れた場合は、その間の額をまとめて 1 回の毎日の締めで割り当てることがあり、その前の読み取りは最後に行った読み取りとする。それより前の読み取りがない場合、その毎日の締めでは割り当てを行わず、全額を次の毎日の締めで改めて数える。
3.5 割り当てられた額は、そのウォレットが本条件に従って受け取れるようにするための当社のシステム上の記録であり、当社の債務または保有者の権利ではなく、第7条により訂正されることがある。
4.1 保有者は、保有者特典のページ(nft.oshi-labs.com/mint/benefit/)で、額が割り当てられたウォレットを接続し、ウォレットで受け取りを承認することにより受け取ることができる。1 回の受け取りにより、その時点でそのウォレットが受け取れる額の全部が、配布ウォレットから移転される。
4.2 受け取りは現在、ウォレットごとに 1 日 1 回(日本時間の日付による)、1 日のいつでも、受け取れる額が 0.001 SOL 以上のときにできる。日本時間の 0:00 からその毎日の締めが終わるまでは受け取れず、その他の時にも受け取れないことがある(第5.2条)。割り当てられた額の受け取りに期限はなく、受け取らなかった額は、第5条から第7条までに従い、後の受け取りでまとめて受け取る。
4.3 受け取りの取引のネットワーク手数料は、受け取るウォレットが負担する。
4.4 割り当てられた額は、割り当てられたウォレットにとどまる。OSHI NFT を売却または移転しても、すでに割り当てられた額はそれに伴って移転せず、新しい保有者は、第3.1条の両方の時点でその OSHI NFT を保有していた毎日の締めにおいて割り当てられる額のみを受け取る。
4.5 受け取りの期限は現在設けていない。期限を設ける場合は、その適用の 30 日以上前に、このページで告知する。
4.6 受け取りのボタンによる同意 保有者特典のページで受け取りを始めるボタンには「同意して SOL を受け取る」(英語表示では "Agree and claim SOL")と表示され、そのすぐ横に、このボタンを押すと本条件に同意したことになる旨が、本条件へのリンクとともに表示される。利用者は、このボタンを押し、またはその他の方法で受け取ることにより、押した時点で効力を有する本条件および規約に同意し、次のことを確認する。(a)本条件および規約を読んだこと。(b)保有者特典は当社がその裁量により無償で行う贈与であり、配当、利益の分配その他の投資の見返りではなく、額、回数および継続が保証されないことを理解していること。(c)18歳以上であり、かつ居住地の成年年齢に達しており、制限対象者でないこと。(d)税に関するものを含め、利用者に適用される法令に従い、自らの判断と責任において受け取ること。同意しない者は、このボタンを押してはならない。当社は、同意の記録として、利用者のウォレットについてボタンが押された時点で効力を有する本条件の版およびその日時を、各受け取りの記録とともに保存する(プライバシーポリシー第3.11条)。受け取りは、効力を有する版を示したページからのものに限り受け付け、ページを開いた後に本条件が改定された場合には、ページを読み直し、改めてボタンを押すよう求める。
4.7 譲渡の禁止 割り当てられた額およびこれを受け取ることのできる地位は、それが割り当てられたウォレットに専属する。利用者は、これらを売却し、譲渡し、担保に供し、トークン化し、その他の方法で移転し、もしくはその申出をし、または第三者に対しこれらに価値があるものとして示してはならない。これらに反する行為は、当社に対して効力を有しない。
5.1 当社は、適用法令を遵守するために必要と当社が考える場合を含め、いつでも、保有者特典の原資(例えば、配布ウォレットへ向けるロイヤリティの割合)、毎日の締めの時刻、受け取りの条件および提供の方法を含め、保有者特典を変更、停止または終了することができる。当社は、変更をこのページで告知し、合理的に可能な場合は事前に告知する。
5.2 当社は、保守、セキュリティ上の懸念、当社のシステムの誤り、不正の疑いなどのため、いつでも受け取りを一時的に止めることができる。受け取りを止めている間も、第5.1条により保有者特典を停止または終了しない限り、第3条による割り当ては続く。
5.3 当社が保有者特典を終了する場合、すでに割り当てられた額をどのように、いつまで受け取れるかを、このページで告知する。その期間は、適用法令が別に求める場合を除き、30 日以上とする。
6.1 制限対象者である場合、所在地において受け取りが違法となる場合、または規約により OSHI NFT の購入が禁じられる場合は、受け取ってはならない。
6.2 当社は、保有者特典の提供が違法となり、登録、免許もしくは承認を要し、もしくは制限対象者が関わることとなる場合、または詐欺、不正、取引の操作(仮装売買を含む)、規約違反もしくはセキュリティの侵害を合理的に疑う場合には、いずれかの者、ウォレットまたは法域を保有者特典の対象から除き、それらのために割り当てた額の受け取りを保留し、または取り消すことができる。
7.1 当社のシステムの誤り、またはブロックチェーンもしくは第三者のサービスからのデータの誤りを含め、誤って額が割り当てられ、または移転された場合、当社は、それを割り当てないこと、取り消すこと、または以後の額を減らすことを含め、これを訂正することができる。誤って利用者に移転された額がある場合、利用者は、当社の求めに応じてこれを返還することに同意する。
7.2 利用者は、保有者特典、そのページもしくは当社のシステムの誤りもしくは脆弱性を利用し、これらを妨げ、またはその額を受け取る資格がないことを知っているウォレットにより受け取ってはならない。そのようにして得た額は返還しなければならず、第6.2条が適用される。
8.1 保有者特典をあてにして OSHI NFT を購入し、または保有してはならない。OSHI NFT 1 体あたりの額は、実際に受け取ったロイヤリティにより日々変わり、過去に割り当てられた額は将来の額を示すものではなく、将来の額はゼロのこともある。保有者特典のページに表示する数値(配布ウォレットにある額、1 体あたりの額および次の毎日の締めの目安を含む)は、情報として示すものにすぎず、遅れ、または正確でないことがあり、約束ではない。
8.2 保有者特典は、有価証券、投資契約、集団投資スキームの持分その他の金融商品の提供ではなく、またそれを意図するものでもない。規約第12条(投資商品ではないこと、および任意の特典)および第17条(リスク)が適用される。
9.1 受け取ったものに係る税金(居住地において所得として課税されることがある)の判断、申告および納付は、利用者が自らの責任で行う。当社は、適用法令が求める場合には、源泉徴収または報告を行うことがある。
10.1 受け取りは、ソラナ・ブロックチェーン、利用者のウォレットおよび第三者のサービスに依存しており、これらは故障し、遅延し、または侵害されることがある。受け取りが失敗することがあり、その取引がブロックチェーンに届かなかった場合、その額は引き続き受け取ることができる。当社は、利用者のウォレット、端末、フィッシング、または利用者のウォレットを支配する者によって生じた損失について責任を負わない。
10.2 規約第19条(保証の否認)および第20条(責任の制限)は、保有者特典に適用される。
10.3 適用法令が認める範囲において、保有者特典、そのページおよびそこに表示される数値は現状有姿で提供され、当社は、いつでも受け取れること、または数値が正確であることを保証しない。本条件のいかなる定めも、規約第20.5条および第20.6条に定めるとおり、適用される強行法規の下で排除もしくは制限することのできない責任、または当社の故意もしくは重大な過失による責任を排除または制限するものではなく、利用者が日本の消費者契約法の適用を受ける消費者である場合、責任の免除または制限は同法が認める範囲でのみ適用される。
11.1 本条件は英語で作成されている。日本語訳は参照のためにのみ提供される。英語版といずれかの翻訳との間に矛盾または相違がある場合は、英語版が優先する。
11.2 規約第24条(準拠法および紛争解決)は、保有者特典および本条件に適用される。
